I suppose the subject line says it all. Do I use a domain
local group to assign a Global Group permissions on my
domain that are equal to a power user? If so how? Isnt
there a command line utility that will list permissions
assigned a user or group then allow me to quickly and
easily add another user or group?

thanks in advance, db

Hi Donald,

If I understand your question correctly, Power Users perms are specific to
member servers and workstations. You can use the restricted groups policy to
add your group to the local Power Users group on each client. See article
810076 for details. If your domain is in native mode, you can use a domain
local group, otherwise you will have to use a global group.
