Hi,
I would like to know if it's still possible on Windows 2000 or XP to create
a "Desktop Taskbar Application" (An application who attach it-self to the
edges of the Desktop screen) in VB.NET or C#
I know how to do it with the WIN32 API. the following link show how to do
it: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;134206
According to this article (Q134206), it's the Windows Explorer shell of 95,
98 and NT4.0 who allowed this possibility. Is it still possible ?
If so, I want to go to the next level, I mean with .NET. Is there a Class
in the .NET Framework that will allow me to do that???
