(Assuming that you really have to!) you would need to make an animated gif
from several similar pictures. If you have photoshop / image maker or similar
you can do it there or there are many animated gif creation programs if you
google.

There are many free products that will allow you to create an MS Agent
character. Just Google for them.
VOXProxy allows you to easily incorporate them into PowerPoint, but if
you're feeling frisky, you could write your VB own code to include them.
MASH is another program that's good for programming Agent code to use in
