arg... i'm very confused with my newly acquired frontpage 2003- its nothing
like the 2000 edition.

I created a webpage using frontpage 2000

its on the web now, www.greencoalitionverte.ca

and i've recently got frontpage 2003 which i want to use to organize all the
files and to jazz up the site beyond the capabilities of my html.

so there's supposed to be this import thing, but following what it says in
the help does not seem accurate with what comes up- and it doesn't work!

please help!!!!

You just open your local copy directly in FP via File Menu | Open Site.

If the live/remote server has the FP extensions, then you can open it directly in FP via File Menu |
Open Site, as well.

Could you detail exactly what i am supposed to do?

I want to access from the web- cuz all i have on my hard drive is one huge
folder with all of the websites files in it (frontpage can't sort though
those can it?)

if i go to file / open site / i tried then typing in the URl in the site
name (but do i use the ftp:// or the web url?)

I tried several different versions- none worked.

still need help

You use File Menu | Open Site then type in http://www.yourdomainname.com
then once you have it open you then use File Menu | Publish Site and enter c:\myweb.

Enter order to open on the live/remote server directly in FP, the site must be hosted on a server
with the FP extensions.
