How to create a virtual drive

HI

im running win 2000 advanced server for a project i have
to do, i need to create user profiles so that all i do is
copy a users profile and other users have that profile, so
that they can log on from any machine on my network and
have the desktop themes and so on.

within that profile i need to creat to shortcuts, one to a
virtual drive where the users can store ther personal
stuff on my server labeld U:\, and the other to a virtual
drive to a share folder on my srver called S:\.

any help wpuld be great.
