I'm looking for a solution to diskspace shortage by creating a temporary RAM
disk in windows.
besides adding the RAM disk Driver- what do I need to do?

thanks,

RAM Disk Driver from XPE, is more intended to be used in RAM Boot scenarios,
than to create on demand ramdrives.

Driver itself could probably do it, but I don't know how to configure it.

Yaron,

XPe RAM Disk Driver is for Remote Boot feature of XPe.
You may want to come up with you own component that wraps up one of existing
XP ram-disk drivers.
You can find a list of existing ram-disks on
http://lists.gpick.com/pages/RAM_Disks.htm. Even this
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=257405 might work for you, though it is a
sample driver for Win2K.
I've done this locally and ram disk worked fine for me.
