How to create a new contact

On a form is a command button that triggers a macro that : runcommand
SaveAsOutlookContact.

For me it works so and so because the information I have on a customer does
not all appear in the new contact. Some of it but not all and at the right
place.

How can I somehow specify the corresponding fields. I mean, how can I set
things up so that Outlook will associate my field nom to its field last name
and my field couriel to E-mail field etc...
