how to create formula that will take the 4 lowest and put in ascending order in a cell
example this would be
2-4-6-13
each on in it separate cell

Regarding the list of numbers you are looking at, is each number in a separate cell?

Well the SMALL formula would return the lowest nth number, but that does not exclude duplicates. I think your best bet would be to use a macro - that way you can create a formula that does what you want.
