Windows XP How to create a .ini file for .HxS file

Hello Friends

I need your help I have to create .ini file for.HxS files .Can anybody suggest me some way for it.
Also if anybody has help for SQL2005 in .chm format that will also help me.

write it in notepad and clcik save as, type the file name with the .ini extension and select under file type 'all files'
 
Want to create the .ini file

Actually i want to get the .HxS file registered with Help2.0 i.e. by using H2Reg for that i require a .ini file for it .Please help me in this direction.
