Hi .. how do i or can i .. create a group/team mailbox as the primary mailbox
for a group of 5-staffs and a individual personal mailbox as secondary
mailbox? i.e. like in a call center when clients communicate with the team
via the group/team email address and the group/team will reply via the
group/team email address .. for other personal email, the group/team can
change the from: to personal email address before sending out ..

and if it's possible to set restriction to the group/team mailbox where only
the team leader can delete an email where the team member can perform any
other tasks?!

your adivise is greatly appreciate! thanks ni advance ..

Hi Roady,

tried using the "send on behalf" .. but it will show the "send on behalf" on
the outgoing email .. i don't want that to be shouwn ..possible? just display
the team email .. possible>

In AD U&C on the Security tab of the object you can assign it Send As
permissions.

hi roady .. thanks again ..

done that .. but as all team members need full mailbox rights inorder to set
the teamA mailbox as outlook primary profile, how do i set the restriction
not to allow team members to delete any of the emails in the mailbox but only
to read, reply, create sub folders and move emails to the sub folder?

appreciate you assistance ..

You can't. You can't have a primary account without having full access to
it.

You're welcome!
Well the idea is to always have your personal account as the default. Note
that with your configuration everyone will also have the ability to
create/modify/delete rules and such.
