How to create a contact list that everyone in our office can view?

I'm trying to set up a contact list that everyone in our
office can view, change, and add too. I don not know how
to do this if anyone can please advice. -Thanks

Hy Carol,

what Outlook version? With or without Exchange?

With Exchange you can of course create a Public Folder with contacts,
without Exchange and with OL98/2000 maybe you could use Netfolders.
