We used a product called HelpScribble to create our chm files. It has a
natural intuitive UI and we are quite pleased with it.

Hi All,

Used HTML Help WorkShop. Quite intutive and not metion free from MS.

We are pretty happy with Help and Manual.

Our only complaints are the fact that help files are big blobs of HTML.
Auto updating the materials is tricky.
