Windows XP how to covert .dotx file to dot with out msoffice 2007

any one help me how to convert .dotx to dot because i do not have msoffice 2007 and also i can not install so please help me .
I am in the end of the project

Which version of Office do you have? If it's Office XP or 2003 you should be able to open the new formats by installing this pack:

If it can't open dotx, try renaming it to docx and then open it. Then, save it as .doc and rename it to .dot once saved.
