How to copy Windows Address Book to Outlook Contacts

I imported all my Contacts from Outlook Express (from my
previous machine) and thought they were copying to
Outlook. Instead they appear to be in my Windows Address
Book. How do I copy them across to my Outlook Contacts?
 
File > Import and Export > Internet Mail and Addresses.
