How to copy one calender to another (on a cell phone)??

We have 3 employees at our office. 2 of them are field techs. they both carry
Palm treo Smart Phones.
My boss would like to figure out how to show along with his calender, the
other field techs calender. (to keep track of where he is)

Any ideas??
