how to copy my Outlook settings to a new pc...

Hi, is there any way to copy just my Outlook settings (not data) to the new pc?

I have 7 personal folders that's over 8Gig each, so file and settings
transfer wiz will take too long.

The File and Settings Transfer Wizard can get fairly granular. Have you
looked into using it?
