hello -

i have a user who has created (contacts) subfolders in her own contacts,
named by each state. her goal is to copy these created folders by state
(with contacts) to another user (which she has permissions to) however she is
unable to do so. i guess my questions is, can this even be done? how does
she copy these subfolders to the other user? i havent located anything that
explains how this can be done however i'm thinking that it isnt possbile but
who knows.

thanks so much for your help!

I'm curious why she'd do this rather than simply grouping her contacts by
the State field.

Oh, and is the appropriate place for
this question. You posted in the calendaring group and this isn't a
calendaring question.

ah crap, you're right, sorry about that. i must of selected the one above on
the drop down list..

i was able to figure things out, after fiddling with the permissions of the
other users mailbox i was able to find a solution for her. thanks for all
your feedback, much appreciated!

She has to be given the appropriate permissions to the other user's mailbox
at the top level...then she will be able to see the other user's mailbox and
any subfolders she has access to. Then she can drag and drop.
