how to copy C:\WINDOWS\Fonts folder ?

I have copied a Fonts folder from one Win XP SP2 machine, and I than
want to copy that folder to a fonts folder on another PC.

When I do, not all the files get copied. Is there a way to copy all
files in that folder easily?
