How to Copy C: Drive (NTFS) to Brand New Disc Drive?

Help! Please.

I am running short of disc space on C: drive (6GB NTFS).
How can I copy the entire c: drive to a brand new
drive (60GB) to replace the current system (c drive with?
The utility program provided by the disc manufacturer will
not copy existing NTFS drives.

And how can I de-compress old files prior to the drive
copy?
