I know this is very basic, but I seem to have forgotten how to do it. I have
never been able to copy and paste and address or anything because: when I
select something I want to copy, then I click edit, or copy, or I click where
I want to paste it, or I click anything else; it unselects what I have
selected. So, if something is not selected you can't do anything with it, but
if you click what you want to do with it- it is no longer selected??

OK, open notepad, type some stuff, drag accross the test, and point at it,
then rightclick, and select 'copy' from the menu. Now click the mouse when
pointing at the end of the line of text, and rightclick, then click 'paste'.
The clipboard is a place in memory. Put it in, take a copy of that out, as
many times as you like, till you put something new in it.
One of my friends here now says : "it's like putting it in your pocket" :)
