how to copy and paste office 2007

This works the same as in previous versions. Just select the contents, press
Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste.

For more options when pasting, use the Paste Special dialog box (click Home
tab | Paste Special).
 
There are several ways, but the way I find easiest is to define the text you
want to copy, press Ctrl+C, move the cursor to where you want to paste the
text and press Ctrl+V.
