The files I was trying to copy are HMTL files and apparently there is
no way to copy these to a PowerPoint presentation nor does it appear
there is anyway to convert them to .swf files.

HTML is usually used to show Flash files on the internet. They are not
animated themselves, but only a container for the animation. You should have
a look at the source text of the HTML page to see where the SWF file is
stored and whether you can copy it from there.

Best regards,
Ute

Wish you'd mentioned that earlier.

To play live web pages in PPT, use Shyam Pillai's free LiveWeb add-in.
http://www.mvps.org/skp/ You'll have to have an internet connection (or
have the HTML and collateral files on your harddrive) when you present.

Ute, here is the URL of one of the video's, can you look at it and
tell me where the swf is located at:

The video on the website is played with windows media player, Flash is the
alternative option. But they are using a lot of Javascript to handle the
video, so I don't see an easy (and legal) way to copy it. Why not go and ask
them?

Best regards,
Ute
