How to copy a Domain's account to another Domain?

I have two Domain Controller,one for internal,the other
for Internet,the two Domain Controllers must have the same
accouts,how I can copy the accounts to the other?

Use the addusers tool from the reskit supplement, tip 3277 in the 'Tips &
Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com for the list of tools, to dump the accounts and
group and re-add them to the other domain.
