Assume I have a *.pdf document which contains URLs like
http://www.mydomain.com/mypage.html
These URLs are currently NOT clickable. But as far as I know there is a method to make them active.
Read: If I (double-)click on them the target page is loaded into the (default) browser.
Is there a way to convert these URLs in a pdf document (afterwards in a second step)
into an clickable hyperlink ?
Or is this only possible at first creation time of a pdf document
(e.g. when its printed from internet explorer) ?
