how to convert the number into its text format

i want to convert a number for example 1245 to its text
format (one thousand two hundred forty five )

please tell how to do this in excel (office xp)

Download and install morefunc.xll from

http://perso.wanadoo.fr/longre/excel/pages/Downloads.htm#Morefunc.xll.

and use the NUMTEXT function.
