how to convert an old .pst file to the new OL format

Hi,
gives a tool to convert an "old" .pst format file (Outlook 97-2000) to a
"new - OL2003" .pst format file (Office Outlook 2003)? The way to create a
second new file and copy all fron old is long winded and some settings
lost.
 
There is no conversion tool for this.

The only way is to create a PST in the new format, then copy or move each
folder from the old to the new.
