how to convert a .ppt file to an executable file(.com or .exe)

Dear Sir,

Can you tell me whether it is possible to convert a power point file to an
executable file(.com or .exe), so that once my story is made nobody can
modify it ?
If yes, how?

Yes, you can convert it into .exe. There are also few other ways you can
protect your presentation.

If you are using PowerPoint 2002/XP and above,
you can set password to protect your presentation from modifying.
Go to Tools > Options > Security. Set your password there.

You can convert your ppt to video or flash by using VisiPPT at visifly.com/VisiPPT/
