I use Outlook 2000 SP3 (IMO) on Win XP via Comcast.net.
When I send an email message, it contains a header that
shows the following:
From: My Name [My email address in brackets]
To: A name from my address book [no email address here]
For the "From" line, I would like to omit "My Name" and
show only My email address. How can I do that? The entry
for My Name does not come from my address book. Where
does Outlook get "My Name" entry?
Similarly, for the "To" line, How can I control what
appears and doesn't appear in the header - the name and
the address?
