how to connect LCD to VGA

This is whole in one computer. With LCD. It has USB connectors x2,no
VGA, no PS2, PS2 keyboard and mouse aare connected over the usb
adapter. What could i do to connect VGA cable it to this computer. I
saw some adpters usb to vga, but it' too expansive for this thing to
do it.

Output from MB to LCD is kind of DVI, but there is electronic shematic
(i guess). And i would like to know it as well. When my screen dies on
notebook, i would like to connect it to external screen. If you find
anything, please post it!

There's dvi to vga adapters. I'm using one with my LCD monitor and KVM
switch.
