how to confiure MS "Outlook Live" to use Exch2003 from Internet

I want to use "Outlook live " this the name of the product
to connect to my mailbox from the Internet
how can I do that

outlook live works only with MSN accounts. You'll need to speak to your
admin to see what types of access are available - if they enabled RPC over
HTTP you can access the mailbox using Outlook. If not, you need to use OWA -
you can configure Outlook to access it using HTTP protocol, but this
provides email only, not the special folders such as contacts.
