Two ways - one is View | TaskPad view and change it to what suits you.
You can also add columns and grouping to the TaskPad - right click its
heading (the grey column headers) and use the Field Chooser to add fields.
If you right click the heading bar you can also select the bottom option and
set a whole range of settings for the TaskPad.
