How to configure user and group access to a database shared in LAN?

I made a database with access/VBA and I want this
database can be accessed by the users in a shared LAN
environment. But what I configured user and group access
to this database in a machine,
can not be seen by users in other machines when this
database is accessed.

What can I do?

I can't be sure from your description, but it sounds as though you modified
the default system.mdw workgroup file.
