how to configure my 2. win2003 server to install ISA server 2004 on it

Hi i have 2 server . 1.win2003 server run AD,DNS ,DHCP ,IIS . I want
to install ISA server 2004 on my network .I have 2. windows 2003
server for it.. But i have no idea how to configure windows 2003 server.
Should i add this computer as a menber of domain (AD) , or should i
install AD and ad this AD as a child domain of main domain on 1.
win2003 server?
