Configure LDAP to do what?
Active Directory (this is an AD newsgroup) already has
an LDAP interface for AD exposed.
You can use DCDiag on each DC to ensure your DNS
server has the correct records.
What SPECIFICALLY are you trying to do WITH LDAP?

I want this LDAP is available for users while selecting the mail recipients
in Outlook.
Do you know the exact procedure.As I know only at client side access
configuration of LDAP server.

Yeah you need to specify all sorts of info here, we are trying to guess what you
are doing which is pointless.
Is the LDAP you are talking about AD?
Is the mail system Exchange?
If so you don't have to do anything, just use it.
If it is something else, there are a variety of different steps depending on
exactly where you are starting and where you are trying to get to.
