I'm currently running an NT4 domain with a PDC and 2 BDC's
and do NOT run DNS locally.
I plan on adding a new 2000 DC with AD and a new domain
name and migrating all accounts over.
How do I configure DNS on the 2000 DC to use an external
DNS server from my ISP?

Also, what other hosts should be added for DNS? All DC's
in the domain?

Thanks....

Win 2k's DNS is set up differently than NT 4.0's DNS. Basically you point
the Win 2k DNS server to itself for DNS, point all AD clients to your AD DNS
server ONLY (do not include your ISP's DNS on *any* client). For internet
access set up your AD DNS server to forward requests and list your ISP's DNS
server as the forwarder. This is the only place you ISP's DNS server should
be listed on your network.
