how to confgure a webtv.net account in outlook?

I would like to configure my webtv.net e-mail address on outlook. Anybody
knows the settings?
 
I don't know if there is any way to do that, but contact MSNTV support and
ask them if they offer POP3/SMTP connections and if they do, ask them for
instructions on how to use them.
