I wanted to update my "Ems Free Sufer mk II" and couldn't
do it. Then I decided to uninstall the old version and
install the new one. When I uninstalled it a message
poped up and said that not all aspects of it were
uninstalled and that I had to do the rest manually. I
tried to install the new version hoping that it would
overide whatever was still on. When I tried to install it
the following message poped on the monitor "An error
occured while trying to replace the existing file:Delete
file failed; code 32.
The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process". What does that mean? Can
anybody help me please!!!

Uninstall the remaining files and/or folders pertaining to your old version
of Ems Free Sufer mk II, whatever that is, and reboot. Look in Program
Files for the remaining files or folders to manually delete. That should
solve your problem.
