How to command line export a user's Certificate

We are trying to export our user's EFS/Private Key
Certificate to a Library Database to use to protect their
backup data.

Does anyone know of a way to export these certificates
from the command line?

Any help would be appreciated
 
Nothing on Win2k (yet). There is "cipher /x" to export the current EFS cert
and private key on Server 2003 and XP SP2. I don't know if there are plans
to backport this to Win2k or not.
