Hi folks,

Am using Powerpoint 2002.

I always use "Paste Special" and need to choose "Unformatted text"

Questions
1)
How can i combine these two steps into one single step. Is there a
button that i can put it on the toolbar section that do these two steps
automatically?

2)
Any other method than using Macro? If i need to use Macro as last
resort, what's the code ?

Thanks a lot.

cheers

If memory's still working right, the ability to choose a Paste Special format
wasn't introduced until PPT 2003, so you wouldn't be able to do this via macro
in PPT.

If somebody in your org does VB or C/C++/Whatever, they might be able to write
you something to access the clipboard, get the text from it and return that to
a PPT macro though.
