I have contacts in 3 email accounts. I would like to combine or copy one
account with or to another
account with or to another

What do email accounts have to do with Contacts? You can use as many email
accounts in an Outlook profile as you want--all with the same Contacts.

Pdeaun said:I have 2 different email accounts each with a different Contacts list. So
when I go into Contacts I can chose from one of the following: Contacts,
Contacts for (e-mail address removed) or Contacts for (e-mail address removed). I would like
to
combine some of the contacts for email1 with the general Contacts file.
Hope
that clears things up a bit

about Outlook here? If so what version?
You can place several email accounts in a single Outlook profile. All will
use the same Contacts. Define what you mean by email account. Perhaps that
is the term that is confusing us.

Pdeaun said:Yes I am talking about Outlook. I am running Outlook 2003. When I open
contacts, in the left column are the 3 contact lists that are in "My
Contacts" Specifically, it gives me the contacts in both of my msn
mailboxes, in addition to a general Contacts list. Below that I have the
option of opening "shared contacts"
I have 2 email addresses on my MSN account. I can view my MSN and Verizon
messages in Outlook
