I want to color code appointments on my calendar. The Help feature directs
me to right click on teh calendar and select the "label" function. This is
not present. How do I color code my appointments?
 
Are you using Outlook 2002 or 2003? If you right click on an appointment in
your calendar, do you not see the option to select a label?

After furious head scratching, confused color coder asked:
