Somehow my Outlook mail folders include five (5!!) entries for the same data
file, called "Personal Folders4". I need to get rid of four of them, but I
cannot find a way to do so. For instance, when I right-click one of these
extraneous folders and select "Close Personal Folders4", I get the following
error message:
"The operation failed. An object could not be found."
About a year ago, when I had this same problem, I posted a question about
how to get rid of the duplicate personal folders; but the only answer I got
was to uninstall Outlook and reinstall it. I hope someone can tell me how to
get rid of these folders without such a draconian resolution of the problem.
