I use my company laptop at home. After I disconnect from the company
intranet and go home to my wireless internet, I can't connect until I clear
the cookies, history and temp IE files. Is there a way to avoid this?? And
if not, is there a way to write a batch file where I just double click it on
my desktop and everything clears??
Thanks

Open IOptions, advanced, scroll to "dont save IE files to disk" thiers another

microsoft.

hi!

As you reported that you want to clear all the temporary Internet files etc.
automatically, I suggest you to follow these steps:

Internet Explorer 6 will automatically delete temporary files, but only if
you tell it to:

1. Start the browser, select Tools > Internet Options.

2. Go to Advanced.

3. Go to the Security area and check the box to Empty Temporary Internet
Files folder when browser is closed.

4. Click apply and then click OK.

Restart the system once.
