Dear all,

I have demoted 2 DC in my forest with this command
dcpromo/forceremoval , it worked, this 2 DC is a child of
Root domain, Now my problem is when i ran dcdiag on the
root domain, it still detected the 2DC and came out an
error of failed test connectivity. After that i ran the
NTDSUTIL to cleanup the metadata or NTDS related to the 2
DC. but the problem is when i ran the command 'connect to
server server-a' an error came out, the error "is DSbindW
Error 0x69d, there are no endpoint available from the
endpoint mapper'" . I need to know how to solve this
problem or is there any other way to cleanup all the data
related to that 2 DC so that in the forest do not have any
of the data again. In my DNS, i think i have deleted all
the related info regarding the 2 DC, but i just dont
understand why is it the root domain still can find the
2DC eventhough i already demoted it. This is the message:

the IPKSEL-AVLSVR01 and IPKSEL-CTISVR01 are the 2 DC that
i have demoted it, both are the servername. Hope you guys
can give me idea what else to check on to solve this
issues. Thank you.
