Sorry to ask here, but I don't know where to ask this question. My boss
pointed to my laptop and just walked away, I think he wanted me to clean the
area that I rest my hands on. (The Laptop Palm rest) I tried goof off,
turpentine, what the heck will work. Don't tell me soap and water will clean
it up. BTW I'm not talking about layers of dirt, I'm only talking about a
little discoloration, but it still looks kind of sorry.......Peter

Best answer is to look in the manual that came with the
computer or look at their web site. You don't want to use
chemicals that will damage the plastic or use too much and
have it get into the electronics.

Generally, a cotton rag just barely damp with denatured
alcohol and mild soap works.

Maybe you should ask the boss what he wanted rather than
guessing.
