how to clean my IE from unwanted extentions

Hello,

I have IE 6.0 on WinXP, and each time I'm runing it there
is a web site that attached himself to my IE (Not default
web page) and it opens a lot of windows that I cant shut
(Like advertisments..), How can I clean all the registery
enteries of the IE without harming the IE operation,Or Can
I just delete all the enteries???
