I know this has been asked before probably many times I have read
through the lists but cannot find the answer I need...

I have had a virus and a worm god knows from where I run zone alarm
pro and avast anti virus I ran avast removed the items re booted with
sys restore turned off (I think that's where they were hiding ) to
flush all backups (restore files)
now i wish to do a clean boot so I can run a final virus check,
but there are so many files listed I am not sure which ones I am
supposed to temporarily suspend during the reboot .
any help great fully accepted as I am greatly confused
TIA

Well start msconfig, then
goto
General Tab and check selective tab and then uncheck
Process SYSTEM.INI , WIN.INI and Load start up item..

Then move to services tab... click on Hide Microsoft Services and disable
wat remain.. DO disable irrelavent MS services also..

Reboot and back up
