How to change Y axis

Let's say I want to graph the following. The numbers in the chart
represent a ratings system. How do I make a ratings scale show up on
the y axis (1,2,3,4-,4,4+,5-,5,5+,6-,6,6+,7-,7,7+) with the time
series (2007,2008,2009) show up on the x axis?

2007 2008 2009
ABC 4+ 4- 3
BCD 5+ 5+ 6-
CDE 7+ 5 4

Hi,

You would need to use a formula to lookup the rating and return a usable
value. The index of the rating should be fine.
