In the remote desktop connection client, select the display tab to adjust resolution/color. Win2K Terminal Services is limited to 256 color without Citrix or other 3rd party application

N Netwerkz Aug 17, 2004 #4 Thanks, any 3rd party tools you can mention? dts Click to expand... If you have to have higher then 256 colors, and you don't want third party apps, get Windows 2003. Other than Citrix, I think Tarantella is the other vendor that adds higher than 256 color. I have used Citrix .... but not Tarantella products so check their site to be sure.
