In Outlook 2003, is there a way I can simply “find†all e-mail addresses
within my Contacts list that have the domain field “…@companyxyz.com†and
“replace†this with “…@abcbusiness.com†without having to go through all the
e-mails and having to update each one manually?

You can use an Export to Excel, sort on the address, and use a universal
find and replace, then import them back to Outlook.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
